KOLINK Special Alloy ball valves are well suited for a variety of demanding services where high temperature and extreme abrasive media are present. Floating and trunnion mounted ball valve with special alloys can be engineered and produced according to your needs.
Special alloy Ball Valves can be designed, manufactured, assembled and tested in accordance with ANSI/API/ASME , DIN/ISO/BS/JIS specifications or tailor-made. Alloy materials includes Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Duplex Super Duplex , Alloy 20 etc.
Kolink offer the alloy valves with reasonable MOQ, which will help our customers to solve their anxious problem right away. In order to offer the best service, even these valves are exclusive, the prices we offer are reasonable.
The special alloy ball valve we offered most are 2-pc flanged ball valve, 3-pc ball valve in 2000 psi (Class 800).
Kolink carries out all necessary tests with required certificate to make sure all the alloys totally conform to the standard. The test may include but not limited to:
1) Positive material indentification (PMI)
2) Micrographic Examination, offering 100 times & 500 times picture per test plate.
3) Corrossion Testing (ASTM G48) in 72 hours (or 24 hours as required) with 4*4cm to 10*10cm test plate.
